GPS Error Takes Marketer on 900 Mile Detour

Are Using Your Marketing GPS Correctly?

From the news today I read about a GPS error that caused a Belgian woman to drive 900 miles when she only was supposed to go 93 miles.  She departed from her home in Hainault Erquelinnes to give a friend a lift from a train station that was in Brussels. However, because of her flawed GPS, she found herself 900 miles away in Croatia.

Do you find it hard to believe that she didn’t realize he was going the wrong way sooner?

… Or maybe you’re a marketer that can’t see that their marketing plan isn’t getting them to where they want to go!

During her long journey, she was involved in a minor accident and spent a hefty amount of money on gas. After her lengthy trip she gave the following statement,

“I was distracted, so I kept driving. I saw all kinds of traffic signs, but I kept driving because I was distracted. Suddenly I realized I wasn’t in Belgium anymore.”

If you find yourself distracted by the latest marketing fads watch today’s episode of MySmallBiz TV.  Learn why she wasn’t able to read the signs and how you can by downloading MySmallBiz MAP.
